Our Refund Policy is as flexible as the commitments to suppliers, authorizations, the media team, logistics, and other key aspects allow. Please note that this Refund Policy will be strictly enforced. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@badlands.cc.

Cancellation by the rider:
• Refund up to 31/Mar/2027: 70% of registration fee.
• Refund from 01/Apr/2027 to 15/Jul/2027: 50% of registration fee.
• No refunds will be issued after 15/Jul/2027.
Please be aware that due to the limited number of spots available, they cannot be deferred under any circumstances.

Official cancellation:
• In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, war, strikes, legal interventions, pandemics, lockdowns, or similar causes, the start will be rescheduled.
• In this case, participants will have two options: first, to retain their spot for the new date (subject to an additional 40€ fee if any services included in the registration have already been provided); or second -for a limited time- to receive a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
• If, for reasons beyond the organization’s control, participants decide to ride the route on their own using the rented tracker, they will forfeit the right to such compensation.

General conditions:
• In the event of adverse weather or risk conditions, the route may be partially modified to ensure safety.
• Once the route has started, no refund will be offered if it is cancelled, postponed, or partially modified.
• Any category change requested by the rider will incur a fee of 30€ per person. No changes are permitted after 15/Jul/2027.
• The start is scheduled on 05/Sep/2027 at 08:00 at the city of Granada, however, the exact place and time -including the possibility of a waived start- may be adjusted by up to 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances.
