REFUNDS POLICY

Under these uncertain times Badlands will offer a Refunds Policy as flexible as the organization of these kind of events allows due to the commitments with suppliers, media team, logistics and other main issues needed for the event.
• Refund until 15/Jan/2022: 70% of entry fee.
• Refund since 16/Jan/2022 until 28/Feb/2022: 50% of entry fee. If the organization finds a replacement within the next 7 days after the cancellation, the refund would be 70% of the entry fee.
• Refund since 01/Mar/2022 until 15/Jul/2022: 25% of entry fee. If the organization finds a replacement within the next 7 days after the cancellation, the refund would be 70% of the entry fee.
• No refunds after that date.
• If the event is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 local restrictions, natural disaster, war, strike, legal interventions, major accidents during the event, pandemics, lockdowns or other such causes, Badlands will reschedule the event. In this case the riders would have two options: first to keep the place for the new date, second -during a limited period of time announce in advance- a refund of 50% of entry fee.
• Once the event has begun, no refund should be offered if it is cancelled, postponed or rerouted.
• In case of adverse weather or risk conditions the track will be partially rerouted. No refund should be offered in this case.
